How Does Delivery Work?

After placing your order and eagerly anticipating the arrival of your products, our team will diligently prepare and package it with care. Please be patient as it may take up to 48 hours for us to pick and pack your order. Rest assured that all items in your order will be sent together once they are all ready. We can ensure that your order arrive in perfect condition, so we handle it with the utmost care and send it to you with appreciation!

All deliveries within UK are free. However, please be aware that if you are located outside of the mainland UK, including the Channel Islands, your country may require you to pay duty fees for importing goods, which may be charged upon delivery by your country's government.

Your parcel should arrive within 2-5 business days in the mainland UK. The estimated delivery time for the Channel Islands and Ireland is 7 to 8 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that there may not be any scan events visible in the tracking information within the first 24 hours, as the system may take some time to update. Please don't worry if there is a delay in the tracking information as the system catches up. If you have any confusion or questions, please feel free to contact the customer support team.

Our Return Policy

All orders can be returned within 28 days from the date of delivery/receiving of your order, although not all items may be eligible. Any exclusions will be clearly indicated on the product pages and/or at checkout. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item(s) must be initiated for return and mailed back within 28 days of the delivery/receiving of the order.

The item(s) should not have been marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase unless they are faulty.

The item(s) must be in the original packaging, which should be in its original condition. This includes any attached swing tag, bow, boxes, and packaging.

You may be asked to provide a photo of the item prior to sending it back to us, so we can assess its condition.
